Terms & Conditions
1.1 The terms and conditions set out herein shall apply between Prestige Cars and the party whose name and address is set out in the Booking Form Online and shall apply to the provision of any and all carriage, courier or delivery services ("the Services") undertaken by Prestige Cars for the Customer during the continuance of this Agreement and any and all other terms, warranties and/or conditions implied by statute and/or common law and hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
2.1 It is a condition of this agreement that Invoices shall be paid in full within 7 days of issue thereof Should any invoice not be paid within 7 days any outstanding invoices shall immediately become due and payable.
2.2 Prestige Cars accepts Cash in the Taxi or Credit/Debit Cards. Please note that Taxis will only be supplied after funds have cleared.
3.1 Refunds when agreed by both parties will be paid within 48 hours normal working days to the card used for original payment. If you believe a refund is due then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the booking details; reason for refund and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
4. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
4.1 Prestige Cars shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising directly or indirectly from:-
4.1.1 Breakdown, accident or adverse weather conditions.
4.1.2 Any act or omission on the part of the Customer.
4.1.3 Any clause, act or circumstance beyond the control of the Company (including, without limitation, any strike, (official or not) lock-out or other form of industrial action or labor dispute, governmental regulations, legal restrictions, embargoes, fire, flood, Act of God, any consequence of riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war, acts of terrorism, rebellion, military or usurped power, confiscation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or upon the order of or in the name of any Government or public local authority.) This is to include any Airport or Airplane delays regardless of its nature or which country it is in.
4.2 In the event that the Company is unable for whatever reason to deliver the Customer or the Customer's goods or property then the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for any and all costs and expenses incurred in doing so and/or for any costs or storage of the goods or property.
5.1 Cancellations made 72 hours before a booking will not incur a charge less any costs incurred; however you must phone through on 01992 830000; please do not send an emailtext or leave a voicemail you must speak to a member of staff and agree the cancellation with them. No refund if less than 72 hours notice or if you fail to contact a member of staff, regardless of what country you are in.
6. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
6.1 While we endeavor to keep additional charges to a minimum the customer is responsible for all of the following charges: - Parking; Tolls; Waiting Time; London Congestion Charge; Any cleaning charges or Repairs needed after using Prestige Cars Services.
